In April 2016 Christoph Gaar joined the firm’s construction law team. He specializes in construction contract law and public construction law, real estate law, trade law, civil litigation as well as general civil law. Within the field of construction law, he supports clients throughout the entire construction project - starting from the planning stage, the drafting of contracts right up until the Employer’s ultimate acceptance; the enforcement and/or defence of additional costs as well as time in and out of court. Furthermore, he focuses on public construction law and represents clients in obtaining permits under construction and trade laws on one hand and in defending persons concerned with such permits on the other. Christoph Gaar also advises in all matters of private civil and contract law.
