After graduating in law from the University of Vienna, Martin Melzer completed his doctoral studies in 2010. His dissertation was awarded the prestigious Kathrein Foundation Prize. He finally completed his academic education with an LL.M. degree at the University of Stellenbosch. After his training period at a renowned Viennese foundation law firm, he was registered as an attorney-at-law in 2014. At the end of 2015, he was appointed equity partner at Müller Partner. Martin Melzer advises his clients in the areas of private foundation and non-profit foundation law, inheritance law and asset succession, family and corporate law. In addition, he is an editor, author and lecturer (inter alia at the University of Vienna) on his areas of expertise.
