Bernhard Kall joined Müller Partner in 2006 and became equity-partner in 2014. He is co-head of the construction law team and heads the firm’s public procurement team. He regularly advises in major legal proceedings resulting from construction projects (e.g. compensation and damage claims). Areas of focus: Public procurement law, construction contract law, in particular claim management and support in the processing of supplementary offers and additional cost claims in construction and infrastructure projects, comprehensive legal construction project support from bidding to final invoicing; coordination of legal and construction industry problems; expert lecturer; regular publications.
