Antoine handles mainly M&A with a focus on complex crossborder transactions, industrialrestructuring and real estate share deals. He also handles Private Equity and LBO’s transactions.Besides the corporate clients, he assists non-profit organisations.

Antoine Rousseau joined Alerion in 2006 and became a partner in 2017.

Antoine and has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2006.

He teaches corporate law at Paris Saclay University.He is a member of the International Bar Association.

Antoine holds the DESS diploma inbusiness law and taxation from Paris II - PanthéonAssas University
