Career

Nicola began her career in France as an associate at Bernard Hertz Béjot firm then at the same time, she made further studies in German law to be admitted to the Berlin Bar in 1997. Partner at Bernard Hertz Béjot since 2000, she joined PDGB in 2011 as a partner responsible for the Franco-German pole. In 2015 she joined Alerion as a partner in charge of the German Desk with Friedrich Niggemann.

Nicola is admitted as an attorney in the French and German bars. She is a member of the Deutsch-Französische Juristenvereinigung (DFJ) executive committee, the Association of French and German lawyers (AJFA), the Association of German lawyers registered in foreign bars and is Vice President of the Legal Committee of the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce in Paris.

Education

Nicola holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law (1991) and a Master’s in Private Law (1990) both from the University of Paris I Sorbonne and she is the author of many articles in Franco-German Business law.
