Catherine acts as an advisor and in contentious matter in order to set up or defend the contractual and commercial policies of companies and assists them in relations with their suppliers, customers (professionals and consumers), competitors and the French authorities (DIRECCTE, DGCCRF, CNIL, ADC, etc.). She also undertakes assistance missions during competition inspections or disputes.

Partner

Catherine started her career with the firm Jeantet & Associés before joining Bignon Lebray in 1992 where she was in charge of the Competition and Distribution Department. She joined Alerion in 2004 where she set up the Competition, Distribution and Contracts Department.

Catherine is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and a member of the IBA (International Bar Association), the Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence (French Association for the Study of Competition) (Paris) and the Association Droit et Distribution (Law and Distribution Association) (Montpellier).
