Education

Frédéric holds a PhD in History (History Center of Sciences-Po - 2011). He is also a graduate in Political Sciences (Ecofi - 1991) and holds a Master’s Degree in European Law (Paris II - 1993). His thesis studied the legal, political, strategic, and military dimensions of defending France’s Mediterranean naval bases and coastline in the first half of the twentieth century.
