Corinne assists her French and international clients with Digital Law and Technology, Intellectual Property law and Pharmaceutical law, both at the level of advising and in litigation matters. Her clients operate in the public and private sector and may be private individuals, inventors and designers, start-ups or larger businesses, active in different sectors of the economy (metallurgical industry, medicines, medical devices, childcare, media, connected objects and e-commerce) with the single point in common being the enhancement of their intangible assets (trademarks, patents, designs and models, domain names, know-how…) and a strong focus on innovation thanks to the different tools offered by technology and R&D.

Corinne joined Alerion in January 2017, as a new partner, head of the Intellectual Property department and the Innovation – ICT department. With her expertise, she extends the Alerion’s cybersecurity, personal data protection, advanced technologies and life science practice and offers, with other firm’s departments, a cross-border services in the Innovation field.

A lawyer at the Paris bar since 1994, Corinne began to specialise early in advanced technologies and participated in work and study groups with AFA, the association of internet access suppliers, on the drafting of self-regulation charters and a code of good practice for the sector’s professionals.
She is a member of :
CYBERLEX, a law and new technologies association of which she was Chairman and Vice-Chairman from 2005 to 20015 CYAN Cybersecurity Advisors Network AFCDP (association of personal data protection correspondents) Video protection Ethic Committee, in the capacity of “a qualified person” GESTE, a group of on-line service and content editors, as a member of the “Regulatory Issues��� Commission, as an expert Secure Sphère by EPITA and acting as a trainer.Corinne takes part in seminars in France and abroad, directs study groups resulting in the remission of reports to the public authorities and regularly publishes articles. She also provides training, in particular in the field of Cybersecurity and personal data protection. She is regularly involved with the FIC (International Cybersecurity Forum).
Education
She holds a postgraduate Degree (DEA) in corporate and commercial law from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (1993) and a Diploma in German Law Studies from the University Paris X Nanterre (1992). Corinne began her career working for Bernard Hertz Béjot and became a Partner in 2004, before joining the firm Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle as a Partner in 2009.
