Philippe handles all aspects of public and private property law, as well as construction insurance, town planning and environmental law, the law on property financing, industrial risks and general commercial law.

Partner, head of department

Philippe joined ASA in 1989 and made partner in 1997. In 1999, he joined Bignon Lebray and helped to found Alerion in 2003.

French English

Philippe has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1988. He is a member of Justice Construction and the French Construction Law Association (AFDC).

Philippe holds the DEA diploma in business law from the Panthéon-Assas University (1986).
