Pierre-Olivier chairs the Corporate law department, he handles company mergers and acquisitions, private equity and matters related to stock exchange law and company financing. He also advises financial, banking and industrial groups, investment funds and management teams.

Pierre-Olivier started his career with Bignon Lebray before returning in 2001 as a partner after spending four years with the law firm Hoche. In 2003, he became one of Alerion’s founding partners.

Pierre-Olivier has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1994. He is a member of the French Association of Investors for Growth (AFIC) and of the International Bar Association.

Pierre-Olivier holds the DEA diploma in business and economic law from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (1992).
