Position

Enver Sezer Çalışkan is the founding partner of Caliskan Okkan Toker. He has a wide range of and well-established expertise in M&A providing legal services in various complex transactions including shareholders rights, directors rights and liabilities, corporate and employment structuring, share and asset transfers and spin-offs.  He represents foreign and Turkish clients in Turkey and abroad in various projects both as the sell side and the buy side.  He also has a well-earned reputation in technology and web-based M&A deals, and is mentioned as a notable lawyer in the web and technology M&A ecosystem. Additionally, he has incomparable experience in start-up and angel investment deals, along with its role supporting incubation houses. He also regularly advises clients on corporate matters and business practice compliance. On the e-commerce side, he has expertise  in web and tech-base in website user agreements, web-based value added service agreements, revenue sharing contracts, B2B and B2C contracts, advertising agreements, online game development and software agreements, in-game currency restructurings, localization, and structuring contracts and consumer protection matters.
