Position

Mustafa Toker is the founding partner of Caliskan Okkan Toker. He is specialized in drafting and negotiating corporate investment transactions and his experience covers all aspects of transactions from due diligence investigations, agreement drafting, negotiating and structuring deals to advising on regulatory aspects for those transactions. He has also extensive experience representing buyers, sellers and investors in numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions. Additionally, he has experience in start-up and angel investment deals and he regularly advises the clients on corporate and commercial matters, including establishment of companies, corporate restructuring, spin-offs, and corporate governance.
