Ahmet heads tax policies and controversy team in KS. He began his career in Corporate and Financial Law in 2000 at KOC Law Firm, where he worked as a partner and joined KS in 2015.

He has a strong background in Fiscal and Corporate Law. He is specialized mainly in tax law, corporate law, M&A transactions, contracts law, foreign direct investment law through advising clients on numerous projects.

Ahmet provides day-to-day legal advice to multinational companies, particularly in corporate, employment, and competition laws, and has experience working with clients in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, mining, chemicals, and transportation.

Ahmet is fluent in English.

Ahmet is a registered attorney with the Istanbul Bar Association and a member of YASED’s Legal and Regulation Committee, YASED’s Access to Healthcare Committee, the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and AMCHAM’s Health & Life Sciences Committee.

Ahmet graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law (1999)
