Tuğçe has been working at KS since 2009 and has 17 years of professional experience. She has extensive experience in conducting compliance and audit projects and providing consultancy to multinational and national companies on technology law, internet law, e-commerce, data protection and compliance issues. She led projects on the fields of Data Protection, E-commerce, Cybersecurity and Technology Law to multinational and national companies leading the Turkish market, especially in pharmaceuticals, telecom, media, software, and real estate industry.

Tuğçe has also extensive experience in leading corporate restructuring projects, including mergers, demergers, and changes of legal form, and has provided comprehensive legal and tax consulting to national and foreign-invested companies.

In addition to her work on corporate restructuring, Tuğçe has managed tax disputes, representing clients at all stages of the process.

Tuğçe is fluent in English.

Tuğçe is a registered attorney with the Istanbul Bar Association and a member of TÜSİAD's Data Protection and Technology Law Working Group, TÜSİAD's Fintech Law and Regulation Group, YASED's Law and Regulation Working Group, YASED's Technology and Innovation Group, AmCham Turkey's Digital Committee, and the Istanbul Bar Association KVKK Committee.

Tuğçe graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law (2007), and obtained his master’s degree in economy law from İstanbul Bilgi University (2012).
