As Aksan Law Firm, our mission is to be together with people we can work with regardless of gender, language, religion, race, colour, age, nationality, opinion and wealth. Currently, we have around 100 employees in our firm and we are proud to say that nearly %60 of our team members are women. While a wide range of diverse individuals constitute our workforce, we care about working together and relaying knowledge and experience without creating an environment of competition and conflict. The fact that our employees have different backgrounds can never prevent them from being together under the Aksan roof. For that reason, -as a common ground- we always protect our culture of love, respect and greetings. As a law firm who has clients from all over the world, we also embrace and respect different cultures, backgrounds and beliefs. Besides our team members and clients, Aksan also supports local communities and women entrepreneurs to empower them.

Furthermore, in order to support our employees in the best way possible, our law firm has several active committees including ethics and compliance together with human resources. The primary aim of such committees is to provide a transparent and accessible environment where our employees can apply in every respect, regardless of work-related or not.
