Özgür Kaplan graduated from Istanbul University. Kaplan started his career as a trainee lawyer and joined Aksan Law Firm. ​ Kaplan is specialized in the fields of Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Civil Law, Real Estate Law, and Privatisation Law, and became one of the partners of Aksan Law Firm in 2010.
