Ioana is part of the Corporate & Commercial, M&A law firm’s department. She specializes in corporate and commercial law, being involved in various complex transactions, M&A’s and due diligence activities. She also advises clients in relation with aspects of real estate transactions.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest (2015) and holds a master’s degree in International Arbitration (2016) from the same university.

Ioana is a member of the Bucharest Bar (2015).
