Eveline Joita is a skilled legal professional with expertise in commercial litigation, insolvency, and administrative litigation. She has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to clients in various disputes related to contractual and tortious liability, as well as in insolvency and public law cases.

Eveline earned her Law degree and LLM in Criminal Sciences from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest in 2015 and 2016, respectively. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2016.
