Litigation and arbitration

Andreea Stoian had gained experience while being part of litigation projects, representing clients mainly in areas such as Civil and Commercial, Administrative and Tax law, as well as in the field of the Payment Ordinances and European Payment orders. She also has extensive experience in the field of Banking and Finance and Urbanistic Law, handling litigations regarding the annulment of the zoning plans and general urbanistic plans issued by the local public authorities.

Andreea Stoian is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Nicolae Titulescu University – Bucharest and she has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since April 2010.
