Mihai Costea practices general and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on Restructuring & Insolvency, Enforcement and Employment disputes.

He advises on all aspects of employment law and represents individuals and corporations in negotiations related to employment and termination agreements and in related litigation.

His practice also includes advising clients in relation to the insolvency and reorganisation of major industrial companies, acting in the real estate sector, financial sector, etc.

Mihai Costea graduated the “Nicolae Titulescu” Law School, Craiova University (2004) and he is a member of the Bucharest Bar (2006).
