Daniel Cirstea specializes in employment law, in bankruptcy and in a broad range of commercial disputes. He has advised on complex restructuring operations, sensitive matters of performance of labour contracts, collective dismissals and claims for compensation. Daniel Cirstea has acted for major companies involved in insolvency and debt restructuring.

He regularly provides advice in relation to complex public procurement procedures and represents clients in litigation in this specific field.

In addition to trial level work in the foregoing areas, over the 15 years of activity, he has handled numerous cross-border transactions on regulated sectors such as oil & gas.

Daniel Cirstea graduated the “Nicolae Titulescu” Law School, Craiova University, (2001). He is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
