Bogdan Toma’s practice is focused on civil and real estate matters, including expropriations. He was involved in various matters related to project financing and banking litigation.

Bogdan Toma has developed a special expertise in real estate transactions, in court and out-of-court proceedings aiming at recovering real estates or obtaining compensation.

He graduated the “Nicolae Titulescu” Law School, University of Craiova  (2004). He is a member of the Mehedinti Bar (2004).
