The firm also draws up contract drafts, reviews and adapts existing contracts if required, and provides sample forms. Furthermore Demir & Partners provides counsel on the incorporation of new companies or branches, real property purchase or lease contracts, project financing contracts, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, real property due diligence, mortgages or liens on deeds and establishments thereof, research for IP rights, and unfair competition status. Our firm also conducts the relevant official proceedings on behalf of its clients.

In terms of litigation proceedings, Demir & Partners has a vast experience in law suits, arbitration trials, debt collections and execution of court or tribunal decisions, and other proceedings before judiciary bodies. Prior to said proceedings, it also provides legal services such as drafting contracts in order to avoid legal disputes and holding settlement talks on behalf of clients to find amicable solution to disputes.
