Position

She especially focuses on criminal disputes regarding Trademark such as execution of legal proceedings in case of infringement of the rights of clients and the execution of the necessary applications to the appropriate authorities and getting the decisions about seizing of the products causing the infringement of the rights of clients, the destruction of those products, and taking appropriate actions to punish of the suspects, and provide legal support for the preparation of international trademark registration process and its followings. At the same time she also works for completing the registration process for trademark is carried out as preliminary investigation, registration and protection.

Career

Attorney DEMİR earned her LL.B. in 2020 from Altınbaş University and Cologne University and in the same year completed her compulsory training and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar. Having started her legal career at Demir & Partners, she has gained expertise in labor law, inheritance law enforcement law, family law and inheritance law. After completion of her training, she began to continue her work in the field of trademark and corporate law. She speaks German and Turkish as mother tongue and English fluently, both spoken and written.
