He primarily works on the following topics:

  Execution of the follow-up processes of enforcement cases such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, compulsory liquidations, etc.

  Following the completion processes of the movable and immovable property sales

  Following bankruptcy / liquidation processes

Furthermore, Attorney Yüksel has carried out Consumer Protection cases against large companies in a wide array of industries, including thermotechnology and otomotive.

He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, he started to work as a legal trainee and registered in Istanbul Bar Association in the same year. He started his career in Demir & Partners Law Firm and he practiced intellectual property law, intellectual property crimes, trademark law, and information technology law during his training. After the training period, he was appointed to the department of enforcement and he is still working in this field. He also knows English.

A discourse he wrote titled “Bitcoin Rush,” was published in the ILSA Opinio Luris magazine in 2015.
