Francesca Codoni has around 15 years of experience in the Swiss and international tax law. She started her career at Ernst & Young in 2007 where she worked in the Zurich and Geneva offices before joining Tax Partner in 2017.

Francesca has broad experience in corporate taxation for both international and Swiss based companies along with tax planning and Group reorganisations. Francesca's activities are mainly focused on tax advisory services for financial institutions and tax advisory to HNWI and UHNWI.

She also regularly advises on domestic and international Mergers & Acquisitions.

Francesca studied Management and Economics at the University of Fribourg and holds an LL.M. in Taxation.
