Leevi focuses on mergers and acquisitions and advises on all types of private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions in a broad range of industries. He also advises clients on general commercial and corporate matters. In addition to his Finnish law studies, Leevi has studied economics and management at the University of Oxford as well as corporate and securities law at LSE.
