Eino focuses on M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions. He frequently also advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters. In addition, Eino has versatile experience from sophisticated joint venture, corporate finance and corporate real estate matters, in particular cross-border transactions and investments. Eino is admitted to the New York Bar, and he has gained international experience working as a corporate attorney at the New York headquarters of a leading international law firm.
