Robert is a UK qualified solicitor and has practised in Cayman since his admission to the bar here in 1998. His practice primarily focuses on Grand Court and Financial Services Division dispute resolution, including trust litigation and obtaining Norwich Pharmacal and other pre action disclosure orders.

Robert has also developed a specialisation in various aspects of Cayman’s regulatory regime, including its development and planning laws, its immigration laws and its employment laws and is Chair of the Cayman Islands Labour Tribunal and Chair of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants Disciplinary Tribunal
