Position
Yvonne’s area of expertise is litigation and dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, white-collar crime, medical malpractice, contract, inheritance and employment law proceedings, as well as international mutual legal assistance in civil and criminal matters.
Education
She completed her studies at the Universities of Basel and Freiburg i.Br. (lic. iur. 2004) and was admitted to the bar in 2008. In addition to secondments at Peters & Peters Solicitors LLP and Mishcon de Reya LLP in London, she passed postgraduate studies in finance and accounting (CAS Finance and Accounting 2015) and in medical law (CAS MedLaw 2020).
