Position
Janusz's areas of expertise are banking, contract and corporate law. His practical experience includes structured finance transactions, seed, venture and growth equity financings and mergers and acquisitions. He frequently advises financial institutions and companies in Switzerland and abroad on issues relating to credit security.
Education
He studied law at the University of Basel (lic. iur. 2002) and at the Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago (LL.M. 2010). He was admitted to the bar in 2006.
