Position

David Liatowitsch represents clients in litigation proceedings before Swiss courts and in international arbitration proceedings (ICC, Swiss Rules, ad hoc) in commercial, contract, corporate and personality law disputes as well as in debt enforcement and bankruptcy matters, including the freezing of assets and the enforcement of awards. In addition, he advises institutional collectors, museums and galleries in art law matters and matters related to inheritance and charitable foundation law and appears as a speaker on related topics.

Education

He studied law at the University of Zurich with an exchange at the University Luiss Guido Carli, Rome (lic. iur. 2006). After interning with the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris (2007) he was admitted to the Zurich bar (2009). In 2010 he obtained an LL.M. from New York University and in 2014 a CAS in Law & Management from University of St. Gallen.
