Jacqueline's areas of expertise are succession issues, international trust and estate planning, real estate and charity law. She also offers the full range of notary services.

Career

A former partner in an international law firm where she was head of the private clients team, she has broad experience in international estate planning and inheritance laws. A civil law notary and specialist in inheritance law, she has structured a number of Swiss and foreign estates (succession and relocation issues). As Chair of the Basel Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners STEP she is part of a network of international experts.

A former chair of two charities for cancer patients and a director in several Swiss and international health organisations and cultural trusts, Jacqueline also advises clients how to establish and manage not-for-profit organisations.

Education
