Gita's expertise spans most areas of employment law and HR related issues including performance, disciplinary, grievances, discrimination, maternity or family leave issues, unfair dismissal, and redundancy.

She advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts of employment and on workplace policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant with UK legislation and fit for purpose. She also routinely negotiates and advises on severance or exit packages (settlement agreements).

Both businesses and senior employees come to Gita for help finding the best solutions to work related issues that arise during the employment relationship and after termination.
