Stephanie covers all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters. Her clients include both employers and employees seeking advice on their employment rights and responsibilities. She has a particular interest in issues relating to Equality and Diversity and also in advising employers on the best way to protect themselves against potential claims.

Whether she is advising an employer or an employee, her aim is always to deal with matters sympathetically, efficiently and cost-effectively, taking a pragmatic view to resolving disputes.

Alongside employment law, Stephanie also specialises in data protection law. As a member of the firm’s Data Protection & Privacy Team, she advises organisations on Data Subject Access Requests, how to meet their legal obligations to manage and protect personal data, and how to address complaints and suspected data breaches.
