Victoria advises on a range of clients including local developers, charities, lenders and high net worth private clients on all aspects of commercial property.

She has a particular expertise in property development and works with both developers and landowners in respect of residential, commercial and mixed use sites, both locally and nationally. She has a significant amount of experience in drafting and negotiating promotion agreements, put and call options, joint venture agreements and conditional and unconditional contracts.

She also has considerable experience of landlord and tenant matters, including agreements for lease, leases, licences to assign and deeds of surrender.
