Nadim Khan is a Partner and Head of Banking & Finance practice group at Hourani & Partners. He is a UK-qualified lawyer with extensive regional and international experience, having led the Middle East and global Islamic finance practices at several Magic Circle and prominent international law firms.

Nadim has advised on some of the most significant finance transactions in the region, including pioneering Islamic financing structures and cross-border deals spanning Europe, the Far East, the U.S. and Australia.

His expertise spans general banking, restructuring, project finance, Islamic finance, asset finance, real estate finance, debt capital markets and regulatory compliance.
