Çağatay Erten has been practicing as a registered attorney since 1991. He served as Chief Legal Counsel at The Shell Company of Turkey between 1996-1998 and at Philip Morris International between 1998-2014. During his last 5 years at Philip Morris International, he worked as Assistant General Counsel in charge of European Union Markets in Lausanne/Switzerland, the international headquarters of the company.

Çağatay Erten manages Balay Eryiğit & Erten’s international relations and throughout his career, has been providing specialized services in the areas of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition Law and Energy Law.
