Veljko Dostanić is a founding partner of MMD Advokati, with 20 years of experience.

His clients include major international companies and financial institutions. Veljko has been advising financial institutions and corporate entities in the fields of M&A, capital markets, financial derivatives and regulatory matters, as well as project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance matters. He also has deep experience in all aspects of the lending market and has been represented clients in numerous cross border financing projects.

Veljko also heads real estate department and litigation department within the firm. His extensive knowledge of FIDIC conditions is invaluable when working with real estate clients. Notably, he advised on construction of several production facilities, retail stores and supermarkets throughout Serbia. Veljko is handling all real estate related assignments, advising the clients throughout all stages of the development and construction.

Veljko also handles litigation desk within the office and has extensive litigation background, working at Belgrade Commercial Court prior to joining the profession. He represents major international companies and financial institutions in arbitration procedures, as well as in litigation proceedings before the Serbian courts, execution proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings and tax related litigations.
