Uroš Žigić is a Partner in MMD with more than 10 years of professional experience in advising and representing numerous clients from various industries. Uroš holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) and completed postgraduate special studies in Law on digital assets. With a robust background in litigation and arbitrations, he has adeptly navigated complex court cases across diverse industries, consistently delivering favourable outcomes for clients.
Uros has acquired significant experience in real estate projects, including drafting and negotiating agreements with contractors and subcontractors, purchase and sale agreements, as well as lease agreements.
Uroš has been acknowledged as Next generation partner in Legal 500 editions for last two years. In addition, Uroš possesses a wealth of experience in M&A, as well as in conducting numerous legal due diligences.
