Oliver Radosavljević joined MMD Advokati in 2012 as a Partner. His background includes 20 years of experience in international law firms, including legal and corporate structure advisory in several countries.

Oliver was a Vice-President of the Food and Agriculture Committee of the Foreign Investors’ Council (FIC) in whole mandate.

He specializes in corporate and commercial matters. Oliver is very present in the FMCG and Energy sector, advising many reputable international clients. He developed a solid expertise in competition and EU law compliance, consumer protection, compliance- inspectorate supervisory and data protection.

Oliver provided assistance in drafting law, by-laws and manuals in area of competition protection in Serbia. Oliver developed strong experience in the energy sector, especially in renewable energy (mini hydro, co-generation, gas). He also advises regularly a FMCG multinational in all areas of commercial law, from distribution agreements to administrative disputes.

Oliver is fluent in English and speaks French and Russian. Oliver won the prestigious international award for Serbia, recognized for excellence in client service. He has been actively lecturing in the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade for the past few years.
