After having worked for 8 years in international and prestigious firms, Valery Diaz joined the Degroux Brugère team in 2016 as Of Counsel to strengthen the Restructuring practice. Almost one year later, she became a partner.

Valery is a specialist of amicable and judicial insolvency proceedings. She assists French and international clients as part of their restructuration or when confronted to insolvency proceedings of their clients/suppliers.

Furthermore, Valery assists foreign investment funds when they bid for the assets of companies within an insolvency proceedings.

On a sectorial level, Valery has acquired a strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, notably in the automobile sector. Thus, Valery is at the centre of the restructuring practice of Degroux-Brugère in order to allow the clients to optimise their situation when confronted to insolvency proceedings.
