Career
Mohamed, an accomplished legal professional, is the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department and the Anti-Counterfeiting Department at Eldib & Co. With a foundation in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law, he oversees critical aspects like company incorporation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and legal due diligences.
Mohamed has been instrumental in managing contracts for high-profile clients globally, demonstrating his adeptness in corporate law. His responsibilities extend to the revision and drafting of commercial, agency, and distribution contracts, complemented by his dedication to providing insightful legal consultations.
Beyond his pivotal role in the firm’s expansion project, Mohamed has showcased leadership on an international scale. Serving as the Co-chair on the Middle East General Advisory Council and Chair of the Africa & Middle East Anti-counterfeiting Subcommittee at INTA, he has contributed significantly to the field. Active participation in AIPPI, IBA, AmCham, and AEPPI further emphasizes his commitment to the global legal community. Mohamed was also the recipient of the International Trademark Association’s 2019 Service Award for INTA Membership Champion.
A member of the Egyptian Bar Association, Mohamed’s expertise also encompasses handling litigation claims for multinational companies facing counterfeit product challenges. His ability to seamlessly integrate academic knowledge, professional prowess, and strategic vision positions him as a dynamic force in corporate law and intellectual property rights protection.

Education
Mohamed obtained his Bachelor of Science from Boston University – School of Management in 2013. He later obtained his LLB and LLM from BPP University in 2014 and 2015 respectively.
