Career
Dina Eldib serves as the head of Eldib & Co's Intellectual Property Department. She is specialized in intellectual property prosecution, brand protection and litigation across Africa and the Middle East, with a particular focus on the North African Region. Alongside the administrative management of the IP department, her legal practice entails all aspects of intellectual property, with a specialization in trademark prosecution and enforcement. She counsels both large multinational corporations and small start-ups alike, through the management of their regional portfolios, trademark clearance and prosecution work, licensing and recordals, oppositions, and finally brand protection, market investigations, and enforcement against look-alikes and counterfeits.
She has clients across several industry sectors including fashion, luxury goods, consumer goods, food and beverage, technology, transportation, stationary, entertainment, hospitality, personal care, and pharmaceuticals, amongst others. Dina is a registered attorney before the Egyptian Bar Association, and a registered Patent and Trademark Agent.
