Since 2001 Roman Marchenko acts as an arbitrator in the international arbitration proceedings on a regular basis. Roman’s International Arbitration practice includes acting as a sole arbitrator and as a part of Arbitral Tribunal, mediation, conciliation, expert determination.

Roman Marchenko is officially certified  to act in bankruptcy cases of state-owned enterprises and business entities, in the authorized capital of which more than 50 percent of the shares (participation interests) belong to the state.
