Anton Sintsov has over 15 years of experience in representing clients before Ukrainian courts of all instances and in international trade investigations.

He represents foreign and Ukrainian clients before civil, commercial and administrative courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court; before state enforcement services, as well as other competent authorities.

Anton advises on commercial and civil law issues, bankruptcy and debt collection, as well as on exports and imports of goods and services.

Mr. Sintsov also has experience of advising companies on trade issues and participation in trade investigations, representing both domestic and foreign producers, exporters and importers of metallurgical, chemical and other products.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Anton has also expanded his expertise in military law. He advises corporate clients on mobilisation issues and regulatory authorities on initiatives aimed at improving the legal framework during martial law in Ukraine.
