Constantin Solyar is a tax and private client partner. He chairs our Tax Practice. He also helps high-net-worth individuals with structuring of their inbound and outbound investments.

When it comes to taxation, for more than his 20 years of practice Constantin has gained expertise that covers Ukrainian general and special tax regimes as well as both direct and indirect taxes. He advises clients on a variety of international tax matters. As a Ukrainian lawyer, Constantin represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings involving Ukrainian tax authorities.

Mr. Solyar was promoted to partner in 2014. Before joining Asters he worked in Big4 firms in Ukraine and in Luxembourg.
