Oleksandr's area of expertise encompasses a wide variety of competition law issues, including concerted practice, the abuse of dominance, restrictive and discriminatory practices, unfair competition, the procedural aspects of AMC's activity, as well as state aid and public procurement issues.

Oleksandr has more than 16 years of experience at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, including serving as Head of Legal Department as well as AMC Commissioner for 7 years. In this capacity Oleksandr investigated the most high-profile cartel and abuse cases in Ukraine.
