His practice focuses on strategic legal advice, licensing and other regulatory issues, compliance, regulatory policy development and implementation, government relations, public-private cooperation, rule-making and advocacy of legislative changes to implement best and innovation-friendly practices, legal modelling of projects, transactions and new products.

Yuriy has an extensive experience in consultancy and telecommunications, including 9 years as Head of Legal Department at Ukrtelecom, Ukraine's biggest telecom operator.
