Olena' s main areas of expertise include intellectual property rights enforcement, transactional IP and data protection. She also specializes in support to FCPA investigations, international arbitration and cross-border litigation, pharmaceutical law.

Since joining the Firm in 2011 Ms Kozhokar has been advising foreign and local clients on licensing matters and IP rights transactions, registration of IP rights at patent authorities, anti-counterfeiting and domain disputes. Olena has been involved in a number of high profile cases, involving local and international companies in diverse industries including, among others, agricultural, banking, communication and media, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, etc.
